My name is Kate Leigh. I'm a 32 year pre-op t-girl from Michigan, and your web mistress. I knew from an early age that my chromosomes were XY, but my mind was firmly in the XX camp. Stigma caused me to wait until my twenties to seek treatment, but I put off transitioning until now. This site is a chronicle of my transition, and the ways I manage it in light of having a wife and kids.
